Quiz, Test, and Exam

Posting [LIVE] from Perpustakaan Sultanah Zanariah, UTM. It's me again. Sorry for the late update. I'm busy lately with my exam and quiz around the corner, what ever the reason is I still manage to post some. (hee..)

Since I'm busy with my study, it remind me of an anime that is aired last year and managed to grab my attention. Its all about exam and the title of the anime is Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu. A very funny anime filled with many "baka, baka" scene (yes, a lot of them) which delves around the student life at Fumizuki Academy with its one and only school that runs on a system called ESB and a harsh academically student sorting. The A class students will have the prestigious facilities (like snack bar, personal laptop and other thing that you can imagine to have in a class. Not to forget they also have a super large screen) meanwhile the F class students have no chair, old Japanese table and crappy class environment (later on the series they will only use a mandarin orange boxes for their table). The main character of the series is Akihisa
Yoshii. He is known for his super-stupid thinking in all matter. He is also had to face with his financial problem. (this is the fun part start, he has a instant noodles, he cut it into half and eat the other half. on the next day, he cut the half part into half again and again for the next day assuming that he will have infinite meal everyday). Anyway, you got to watch this anime first (I don't want to be such a spoiler.. Right?)

Favourite Character
A brief explanation should be enough:

Yoshii Akihisa - Super-idiot student, even in the simplest situation. His summoned being is able to touch real object.
Mizuki Himeji - an A class student that trapped in F class due to her failure to complete her exam due to health problem, cannot cook but she tried (resulting in making a deadly meal that look nice)
Shimada Minami - Flat-chester, tomboy, can't read kanji, like to beat up Akihisa
Sakamoto Yuuji - love maniac victim of Kirishima Shouko (his childhood friend)
Kirishima Shouko - Yandere character from the A class, in deep love with Yuuji
Tsuchiya Kouta - ninja pervert with camera

I'm sorry but it's a boy.

You must see him (or maybe her i guess), Hideyoshi Kinoshita, the one and only bishounen character in the series. He is actually a boy but always misunderstood as a girl and he doesn't like to be called as a girl. The main problem that encountered by him is when he wants to go to the gender-specialized facility (such as toilet and bathroom). The character is so attractive, that I have an e-mail address using his name (hideyoshikinoshita@gmx.com, use it in case of emergency only). He is a drama club member, thus he can act, cross-play, fast clothes switching and mimic others voice (err.. that is not necessary to become a drama club member).

General Design overview
Many of the bright colour were used in this anime to show the cheerful animation and situation and unique shadowing technique. The shadow is usually replaced with polka dot pattern. The scene are usually filled with many sidebar information (such as question line up, heartbeat meter and battlefield mapping?). The character summoned being are drawn in chibi-mode all the time (at certain episode, the summoned being are not in chibi mode). Isn't it cute... Awwww.....

Conclusion
One of the best anime in 2010 that will not disappoint you, I promise. The anime filled with funny scene of its own class. The comedy is direct, easy to understand and you can actually learn something form this anime. It unique character spice up the story to be more amazing. This anime deserves to be in the "A Class".
